Asset Management
The management team strives to optimally manage the property portfolio to achieve their maximum potential on sustainable basis.
Facilities Management
Our In-house facilities management team delivers tailor-made solutions relating to maintenance activities across all properties. This enables us to leverage economies of scale for the portfolio and allow us to internally procure specialist sub-contractors per geography and reduce costs.
Property Management
Currently this function is outsourced. Together with our Operations Team the aim is to unlock long-term value for each property by optimising income and leveraging the management agent suite of services. The joint teams focus is to maximize rental income, reduce vacancies, optimise leases and costs for all properties.
