As part of strengthening our governance framework, we have implemented an independent Whistleblowing and Anti-Corruption Reporting Platform.

This service is managed by an external third-party provider to ensure complete confidentiality, objectivity and protection for anyone who raises a concern.

The platform allows tenants, customers, employees, contractors and service providers to report any suspected fraud, corruption, theft, unethical behaviour, safety concerns or misconduct in a secure and confidential manner.

The service operates 24 hours a day and supports all 11 official South African languages.

Amaanat has adopted a strict non-retaliation policy. Any individual who raises a concern in good faith will be protected. All reports are handled through structured investigation processes with appropriate oversight at Board level.

We encourage you to make use of this platform if you observe conduct that does not align with our values. Building a transparent and ethical environment requires collective responsibility.
