Glen Rose Investments (Pty) Ltd was incorporated in November 2015 as an investment holding entity. In April 2023, Glen Rose was placed under business rescue.
Following a directive from the South African Reserve Bank, Glen Rose is required to wind up its offshore assets and repatriate proceeds to South Africa. The Business Rescue Practitioners have taken steps to secure control over offshore bank accounts, stabilise property management arrangements and progress the disposal of the offshore properties in line with regulatory requirements.
